Submission of Assignments :
All admitted students are required to submit their
assignments for all the subjects of the M.Sc. Degree
programme in fulfilment of the requirements of 30
marks each paper. For this, they have to prepare
Mini Project Reports based on a topic of their
choice for all subjects of M.Sc. Despatch of Lessons and Identity Card : The admission will be confirmed within a month and the set of lessons and the Identity Card will be despatched by post to all the admitted candidates. Concurrent Admission : Those admitted and studying in any other Master's Degree may also be admitted in the M.Sc. (Sustainable Development) for shaping their careers with a view to protecting the environment. Master's Thesis Examination Scheme : Each paper is of 100 marks out of which 30 marks are for practicals and internal assessment where as 70 marks are for written examination to be held at different examination centres in and outside the country. Master's Thesis : All admitted students will be working on a particular topic for preparing the Master's Thesis to be submitted before appearing in the second year examination. The topic may be related to pollution control in sugar, leather, cement, pharmaceutical, textiles, petrochemicals, paper, steel and mining industries. |
